These are the questions people actually ask us, answered the way we would answer them on the phone. Where the honest answer is 'it depends' or 'no', that is what you will find here — we would rather lose an enquiry than set the wrong expectation.   • Do I need to do my own identity and OTP verification?

    Yes, always you. Etsy and Payoneer verify the person who owns the account, so every OTP, document upload and identity check is completed by you. BWOK is on the call guiding each step, but never holds your codes or logs in as you.

  • Who owns the shop and the Payoneer account?

    You do. Both are opened in your name, on your email and your documents. BWOK has no ownership, no access after handover and nothing to hand back.

  • How long does delivery take?

    It depends on your readiness. Production starts once the mandatory onboarding items are in — documents ready, product decided, Payoneer details available. From there, setup, listings and training run in sequence; the slowest part is usually waiting on a third-party verification.

  • Do you guarantee sales or account approval?

    No. Etsy and Payoneer are independent third parties and make their own decisions about approval, rankings and payouts. BWOK guarantees the work in the package: the setup assistance, the listings, the training and the support.

  • What is not included?

    Ads management, unlimited listings, daily shop management and suspension appeals are not part of the Launch package. Some are available as add-ons or as separate services; the team will tell you honestly which you need, if any.
