Who we are

This website is operated by Bwok Private Limited, trading as BWOK IT & Digital Skill Institute, with a campus at Main GT Road, near Fresco Sweet, Islamabad, 46500, Pakistan. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to the institute.

What we collect

We only collect the information you enter into our enrollment form. That includes:

• Your name, WhatsApp number and city — these are required
• Your email address, age range, learning goal, and how you heard about us — these are optional
• The course you applied for, whether you want online or onsite classes, your preferred timing, your current experience level, whether you have a computer and internet, and your payment status

We do not ask for your CNIC, bank login details, passwords, or any payment card information anywhere on this website. If someone claiming to be from BWOK asks you for these, it is not us.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the course you applied for — confirming your seat, sharing the class schedule and payment details, and answering your questions. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

How we contact you

By WhatsApp or phone on the number you provide, and by email if you gave one. If you would rather not be contacted, tell us and we will stop.

Where your information is stored

Enrollment responses are submitted through the form on this website and stored securely in our own database on our web hosting. Only our team has access to the responses. We are notified by email when a new enrollment is received.

Advertising and cookies

Cookies and similar technologies on this site fall into three groups. Essential ones are needed for the site to work — keeping you signed in to the admin area, and the checks that stop automated form submissions. They are always on. Analytics tells us which pages people read and where they stop. Marketing is how we measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to applications.

Analytics and marketing are off until you allow them. Nothing in those two groups is loaded before you choose — if you decline, your browser does not contact Meta or Google at all, rather than contacting them and asking them not to record anything.

When marketing is allowed, this site loads the Meta pixel, which places cookies and tells Meta that a visit, an application or a confirmed payment happened. It is not sent your name, WhatsApp number, email address or the answers you typed — only which step was reached, the training mode, the class time and the fee for that mode. If analytics is allowed we may also load Google Analytics, which records the same kind of page-level activity.

You can change your choice here at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

How long we keep it

We keep enrollment records for as long as we need them for our student records and accounts. If you were never enrolled and ask us to delete your details, we will remove them.
