Who it is for

Who this service is for

Listing copy is the cheapest thing on a product page to get wrong and the most expensive to leave wrong. These are the sellers who come to us for it. If your situation is not here, tell us anyway and we will say honestly whether a rewrite will help.

  • Sellers whose listings get views but few orders — the product is fine, the page is not making the case
  • Sellers whose listings do not show up in search at all, because titles and tags were written in a hurry
  • Brand-registered Amazon sellers with plain-text listings who want A+ content that looks like a brand
  • Sellers moving a catalogue from Daraz or a local shop onto Amazon, Etsy or eBay for the first time
  • Overseas Pakistanis running a store from abroad who want the writing done by people who sell on these platforms

What is included

What is included in listing optimization

Everything below is done per listing and handed over in a file you own. Nothing here is a template with your product name dropped in.

Amazon A+ Content (EBC) design

The module layout, a comparison chart, and lifestyle and infographic image briefs or finished designs, built to Amazon's module sizes. A+ content is only available to brand-registered sellers; if you are not registered yet, our Trademark & Brand Registry service gets you there first, and we tell you that before quoting.

Keyword research for each product

The terms buyers actually type for your product on that platform, pulled from search data and the listings already ranking, then sorted into the ones worth the title, the ones for the bullets, and the ones that belong in the backend. You get the sheet.

SEO-optimized titles within platform limits

A title written for each platform's own rules — Etsy's 140 characters, eBay's 80, Amazon's category limits — leading with the terms that matter and still reading like a product, not a keyword list.

Bullet points and key features written to convert

Benefits first, specifications second, objections answered before they are raised. Written for the person who reads three words of each bullet on a phone, because that is most buyers.

Full product descriptions

The long copy, structured so it scans: what it is, who it is for, what is in the box, how to use it, what to check before ordering. Formatted for the platform — plain text where that is all it allows.

Backend search terms, tags and item specifics

Amazon backend search terms filled to the byte limit without repeating the title, all thirteen Etsy tags used properly, eBay item specifics completed, and Daraz attributes set — the fields most sellers leave half empty.

Before and after listing audit report

A short written audit of the listing as we found it — what was missing, what was hurting it — and the same checks run again on the rewritten listing, so you can see exactly what changed and why.

Platform by platform

What we optimize on each marketplace.

Each marketplace ranks and displays listings differently, so the same product is written differently for each. Field limits change from time to time; we confirm them at the start of your job rather than relying on this table.

PlatformWhat we optimizeWorth knowing
AmazonTitle, five bullets, description, backend search terms, and A+ content modules for brand-registered sellersA+ content replaces the plain description and needs Brand Registry; variations share one listing
EtsyTitle (140 characters), all thirteen tags, attributes, description, and the first image's thumbnail briefEtsy weighs tags and titles together; half-empty tags are the most common thing we fix
eBayTitle (80 characters), item specifics, condition notes and the description templateItem specifics drive eBay's search filters; a listing missing them is invisible to filtered buyers
WalmartTitle, key features, description and the attribute set for the categoryWalmart scores listing quality openly in Seller Center; we work to that score
DarazTitle, highlights, description, attributes and the product's image orderDaraz search leans on attributes and category placement more than long copy

Platform names describe where we work. BWOK is not affiliated with or endorsed by any marketplace.

Scope

What is in, and what is not.

Most disputes over a listing job come from something never being written down. So here it is written down, before you pay for anything.

Included in every listing

  • Keyword research for that product on that platform, with the sheet handed over
  • Title, bullets or highlights, and the full description
  • Backend search terms, tags, item specifics or attributes, depending on the platform
  • The before and after audit report
  • A+ content design for Amazon listings where you are brand-registered
  • Revisions as set out in the FAQ, and the final copy in an editable file you keep

Not included — quoted separately or not offered

  • Product photography or video — you supply the images and we design A+ modules and infographics around them
  • PPC and sponsored-ads management — that is our monthly Store Management service
  • Guaranteed rankings or sales — no honest agency can promise either
  • Listing-removal or account-suspension appeals — that is our Account Reinstatement service
  • Copy in languages other than English

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it is done. It never appears on your bill without you having said yes first.

How it works

How listing optimization works

Five steps from a listing link to a rewritten page that is live.

  1. Share your listing

Send the listing links, your product photos and the facts a buyer needs. We confirm the scope and the platform.

  2. Audit

We read the listing as a buyer and as the platform's search does, and write down what is missing and what is hurting it.

  3. Keyword research

We build the keyword sheet for that product on that platform and agree the terms the title will lead with.

  4. Write and design

Title, bullets, description, backend fields — and the A+ modules where you are brand-registered — drafted and sent for your approval.

  5. Deliver and revise

You review, we revise, and the final copy goes live with the after-audit. Everything is handed over in a file you own.

Before we start

What we need from you

Good copy comes from good facts. The job cannot start without these.

  • Links to the listings, or the ASINs, SKUs or product names if they are not live yet
  • Product photos, and any lifestyle or packaging shots you have — for A+ content these matter most
  • The facts: materials, sizes, colours, variations, what is in the box, how it is used, what it must not be used for
  • For Amazon A+ content: confirmation that the brand is in Brand Registry, or that you want to start there
  • Two or three competitor listings you rate, if you have them — it shortens the research
  • Any claims or words you do not want used, and anything a platform has already flagged on the listing

Pricing

Priced on your scope.

We quote once we know your scope, so the figure you get is the one that fits the job. Send the details and we will come back on WhatsApp.

Single Listing

On Request

One listing on one platform: keyword research, title, bullets, description, backend terms or tags, and the before and after report. A+ content design on Amazon is quoted on top where you are brand-registered.

Delivery: [X working days]

5 Listings

On Request

Five listings on one platform, researched and written as a set so they do not compete with each other for the same terms. A+ content is quoted per listing on top.

Delivery: [X working days]

Full Store

On Request

Your whole catalogue on one platform, delivered in batches you approve as we go, with a store-wide keyword map so every listing owns its own terms. A+ content and a storefront refresh are quoted on scope.

Delivery: [X working days]

The quote depends on the platform, how many variations each listing has, and whether A+ content design is included. Revisions are included — the FAQ says how many.

Amazon A+ content needs Brand Registry, and Brand Registry needs a trademark. See Trademark & Brand Registry

Straight talk

What a rewrite can and cannot do.

Read this before you send an enquiry, not after.

  • It cannot make a product with no demand sell. If the research shows nobody is searching for it, we tell you and you decide whether to go ahead.
  • It cannot promise a rank. Search placement is the platform's decision, and it moves with competitors, reviews, price and stock.
  • It cannot fix bad photos. Copy carries a listing a long way; the first image carries it further.
  • It does not replace advertising. A well-written listing converts the traffic you have; ads bring more of it.

What it does do is make sure that when a buyer lands on your page, nothing about the page is the reason they leave.

Our FAQs

A+ Content & Listing Optimization common questions.

These are the questions people actually ask us, answered the way we would answer them on the phone. Where the honest answer is 'it depends' or 'no', that is what you will find here — we would rather lose an enquiry than set the wrong expectation. If yours is not on the list, message the team on WhatsApp and they will answer it straight.

  • Do I need Brand Registry for A+ content?

Yes. Amazon only opens A+ content (formerly Enhanced Brand Content) to sellers whose brand is in Amazon Brand Registry, which in turn needs a registered or pending trademark. If you are not there yet, our Trademark & Brand Registry service handles both steps, and we can still optimize your title, bullets, description and backend terms in the meantime — those do not need registration.

  • How many revisions are included?

[N] rounds of revisions per listing are included in every tier, within [X working days] of delivery. A revision is a change to copy or design we produced; new products, new platforms or a change of scope are quoted as new work, and we say so before doing it.

  • Do you guarantee sales or rankings?

No, and you should be careful of anyone who does. Search rank and sales depend on your price, your reviews, your stock, your photos and what competitors do this month — none of which copy controls. What we can promise is listings researched and written properly, within each platform's rules, with a written audit so you can see what changed.

  • Which marketplaces do you cover?

Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart and Daraz. The same product is written differently for each, because each platform's search and field limits are different — the platform table above shows what we optimize on each one. If you sell on more than one, tell us; we research once and adapt the copy rather than charging for the research twice.

  • What do you need from me?

Links to the listings, your product photos, and the facts a buyer needs — sizes, materials, variations, what is in the box. For Amazon A+ content we need to know your brand is in Brand Registry. The list under 'What we need from you' above is the full one. We will not invent a specification, so the more facts you send the better the copy.

  • Can you rewrite a listing that is already live without losing its rank?

Usually, yes, and this is why the audit comes first. We keep the terms the listing already ranks for in the title and bullets, change the rest in one update rather than several, and avoid touching the product identifiers and category. There can still be a short settling period after any edit; we tell you what to expect for your platform before anything goes live.
